
Undergraduate education at ITU Faculty of Architecture, Department of Interior Architecture and her master’s degree at ITU IMIAD. Within the scope of IMIAD, she studied at Lahti University of Applied Sciences in Finland and Edinburgh College of Art in Scotland. During this period, she wrote her thesis on mid-century furniture design and Scandinavian design.
After graduation, she gained experience in various interior architecture and design offices. In 2014, together with Başak Bakkaloğlu, she founded “ABRA Design Studio” and the furniture brand ABRA to produce architecture, interior architecture and furniture design works. She has received more than ten awards in urban design, interior architecture and furniture design competitions. He worked as a columnist for Home Art and Arkitera in different periods and his articles on design were published in many magazines. He participated in various domestic and international design exhibitions as a exhibitor and curator. He served as a jury member and jury president in furniture design and product design competitions. He provided consultancy services to furniture brands, foundations and organizations related to design. Between 2015-2024, he taught furniture design, furniture production, furniture history and basic design courses at MEF University, Kadir Has University and Istinye University. Continues her architecture, interior architecture and public space projects at ABRA Design Studio, based in Istanbul and Ayvalık, which she founded with architect Başak Bakkaloğlu, and furniture design and brand consultancy projects at ABRA ID, based in Istanbul and Cologne, which she founded with industrial designer Umut Erkin Güngör.
